このベトナムコーヒーワークショップは、カフェでもスタジオでもなく、ホーチミンの本物の生活空間である、本物の地元の家の中で行われます。
ここでは、単にコーヒーを試食するだけではありません。 リラックスしたパーソナルな雰囲気の中で、伝統的なフィンフィルターを使って、5つのベトナムコーヒースタイルを自分で淹れていきます。
実地練習と北から南ベトナムの郷土の味をブレンドし、技術を超えた体験ができる。 物語、会話、テーブルを囲む共有の瞬間を通して、コーヒーがベトナムの日常生活をどのように形作るかについての洞察を得ることができます。
親密で本格的で、クラスだけでなくつながりを求める旅行者のためにデザインされています。
