フィレンツェを出発し、ワイナリーに到着すると、暖かい歓迎と列を抜ける小道からツアーが始まります。栽培の秘密、土壌の特徴、そして後で味わうワインに生命を吹き込むブドウ品種について紹介されます。
旅は、地元のスパークリングワインを歓迎する乾杯の後、酢の貯蔵庫を訪れます。 ここでは、モデナのバルサミコ酢と伝統的なヴィンサントの生産技術、何世紀にもわたる美食文化を物語る2つの卓越性を発見できます。
テイスティングルームに入ると、フレッシュな白、重要な赤、エレガントなスパークリングワイン、貴重なヴィンサントなど、厳選された7種類のワインのガイド付きテイスティングが始まります。 それぞれのグラスには、典型的な地元の産物が添えられています：食材や料理は季節によって異なるので、特に地元のコールドカットやチーズ、オーガニックエクストラバージンオリーブオイル、白トリュフやチリで風味づけされたオイル、熟成バルサミコ酢などを見つけることができるでしょう。
