カリアリのトゲテルから一歩入った場所にある2つの農場を訪れ、サルデーニャワインとオリーブオイルの文化を、エキスパートツアーガイドとソムリエが体験します。 製油所を見学し、3種類の高品質のオリーブオイルをプロがテイスティングし、サルデーニャのオリーブオイル伝統の博物館を訪れます。 ブドウ畑に囲まれた素敵なワイナリーへ。 ワインの製造工程や精製方法を学びます。 パン、チーズ、生肉など、地場産品を添えた3種類のワインが味わえる。
