メノルカ島の地理的保護地域（IGPイスラ・デ・メノルカ）内にある家族経営のワイナリーを訪れ、メノルカのワイン造りの伝統の中心に足を踏み入れましょう。 この10ヘクタールの敷地は、島の風景とワインの深いつながりを体現しています。
ガイド付きツアーでは、ブドウ畑や地元のブドウ品種の庭を回り、ワイナリーの理念やアイデンティティ、持続可能な栽培方法を学びます。 ワインセラーへと進み、醸造と熟成のプロセスを発見し、メノルカ独自のテロワールがあらゆるボトルをどのように形作っているのかを知ることができます。
体験の締めくくりは、ガイド付きテイスティングで、2種類のワインとワイナリー限定のヴェルムートをメノルカンチーズと地元の生ソーセージと完璧にペアリング。
