半日のワークショップで西安の文化に飛び込みましょう！ 地元のシェフの案内で、隠れた中庭でモチモチのビャンビャン麺を一から手作り。 書で56画の「ビャン」の字をマスター。 香り高いお茶を飲み、麻雀を習い、ホストと地元の暮らしについておしゃべり。 伝統的な音楽にのせて、手打ち麺や郷土料理をごちそうになりながら、1日を締めくくりましょう。
