BEST ANNIVERSARY DATE EVER! Book this!!!!
Where to begin?! We booked this class with Francesca on our last full day in Sicily. This was HANDS DOWN the best experience and meal of the entire trip!! She was beyond gracious, very thoughtful and helpful, and effortlessly guided us into making the best food we had eaten at any point during the entire week! Cannot recommend this highly enough!!! Fantastic choice!
Francesca was amazing! I went with my best friend and her parents and it was such a lovely evening. We made ravioli and fettuccini by hand as well as home made sauces. We also made tiramisu which was delicious. Definitely come ready to work and ready to EAT! It was a great way to get familiar with how the whole pasta process works. I recommend 100%

Fantastic food and company - a brilliant experience!!!
Francesca made this evening activity the perfect end to our stay in Palermo. She is so funny and friendly and welcomes you into her kitchen which is beautiful and over looks the garden. Truly the best food I’ve eaten whilst being here and we really enjoyed the experience and learnt so much!
We didn’t know how to get there from Bagheria train station (easy to get to from Palermo and approx €3) but Francesca could sort us a taxi and was really helpful and ordered us one back as well.

Loved, would do again! Now my husband has kitchen skills!
Great Sicilian Experience. We made two pastas and tiramisu using fresh organic ingredients. Francesca accommodated our vegetarian needs. Everyone had fun, laughed, learned new skills, and felt great about themselves. We enjoyed talking to Francesca about the Sicilian language, diet, culture, and lifestyle. Her English is excellent. Location is 20 minutes outside Palermo, easy to reach by car, a bit pricey by taxi.

Wonderful experience!
This was an amazing experience. Francesca was fantastic. We made homemade fettuccine, homemade ravioli and homemade Terramssu! This was so much fun and I learned a lot. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
