프로그램 세부사항
시음은 그리스 요새가 있는 수세기 된 부지에서 진행됩니다. 포도원과 무성한 이국적인 정원을 거닐며 즐거운 시간을 보내며 와인 전문가가 시칠리아 지역과 전통을 대표하는 4가지 와인을 안내해드립니다. 다양한 포도 품종, 토양, 이 뛰어난 와인을 생산하는 데 사용된 와인 제조 기술에 대해 알아보실 수 있습니다.
Targetta: 포도 품종: 반짝이는 Catarratto. 밝은 밀짚색 노란색에 오렌지 꽃, 황금빛 사과, 복숭아 향이 나고 약간의 미네랄 향이 납니다. 맛은 건조하고 짭짤하며 상큼합니다.
Re Federico: 붉은 과일, 꽃, 바닐라 향이 납니다. 맛은 부드럽고 균형 잡히고 조화로워서 좋은 구조와 기분 좋은 감싸는 느낌을 표현합니다.
Damarete Rosato: 농후하지만 흐르고, 거칠지만 우아하고, 일관되지만 세련됨.
Baronessa di Canseria: 모렐로 체리, 신코나 뿌리, 가죽 향이 나는 녹색 후추 향.
