The experience was excellent. Friendly, attentive service, almost two hours just me and my family understanding the process and preparing the chocolate. Alejandra was extremely attentive and didactic. We were delighted and recommend the tour.
We had an amazing experience at this workshop!! It was an intimate and in depth-class that truly outlined the entire chocolate making process from start to finish. Our instructor, Wendy, was the highlight of the workshop. It’s clear that she’s knowledgable about the process, but her warmth and humor made the class even better than we expected! I would recommend this workshop to any chocolate lover.

We visited this chocolate factory in Cartagena with my wife and our two-year-old son, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Wendy, our guide, attended to us exceptionally: she explained the entire chocolate process with great patience and dedication, offered us delicious tastings, and even took us to visit a spectacular nearby ice cream shop. Alejandra was great. Instructions were very clear. My friend and I got to see / participate in making the cacao into the chocolate that we ate and got to take home.
