첫 번째 목적지는 고품질 와인 생산에 중점을 둔 것으로 알려진 La Viña Neyen입니다. 2002년에 설립된 Neyen은 지역의 역사와 독특한 특성을 반영하는 Carménère와 Cabernet Sauvignon의 상징적인 블렌드로 유명합니다. 포도원에는 미네랄이 풍부한 토양에 심어진 계곡에서 가장 오래된 포도원 중 하나인 19세기부터 수백 년 된 포도원이 있습니다. 이 상징적인 유산 포도원을 방문한 후 소위 "칠레 와인의 제왕"인 아우렐리오 몬테스(Aurelio Montes)의 소유지인 비냐 몬테스(Viña Montes)로 이동합니다. 이 화려하고 인상적인 와이너리는 아팔타(Apalta)라고 불리는 이 독점적인 하위 계곡을 둘러싸고 있는 언덕의 경사면을 따라 독창적인 가이드 투어를 통해 탐험할 수 있는 아름다운 지형에 위치하고 있습니다. 비냐 몬테스(Viña Montes)에서는 고기와 불 전문가인 명문 셰프 프란시스 멜만(Francis Mellman)이 운영하는 독특한 경험을 담은 푸에고스 데 아팔타(Fuegos de Apalta) 레스토랑에서 점심 식사를 할 수 있는 기회를 놓칠 수 없습니다.
