Een ongelofelijke ervaring die ik iedereen aanraad !
Fantastisch, geweldig, ongelofelijk lekker alles wat je maakt en duidelijke uitleg, samen met hulp van alle deelnemers, de workshop leiders en de vrouwen die er ook werken (op de achtergrond , verzetten zij veel werk , dank ook aan hen), creeër je de maaltijd bestaande uit 7 salades( 6 warm , 1 koud), tajine naar keuze kip, lam of beef, en kefta tajine en couscous met groenten en lam. Het was zooooo veel we konden het niet op. Maar was verrukkelijk!!

So glad to have experienced an authentic Moroccan cooking class, absolutely amazing from beginning to end, such a friendly happy atmosphere, our expectations were high and they exceeded expectations truly a 5 star experience

Hicham and the staff at the farm were wonderful! The food was fun to cook and tasted amazing. Our group of four definitely recommend.

Unmissable experience
The highlight of our trip and the best Moroccan food we tasted. We booked via air bnb but there were multiple routes to book. It’s was £104 for the two of us. The pick was from our hotel in an air conditioned mini bus, the pick up driving around the medina collecting other guests was also a treat. The class took place at the home and farm of the patron and was an oasis. We picked vegetables from their grow and admired hanging pomegranate and olives. beautiful experience
absolutely loved this experience and learned so much! both chefs were so informative and helpful! english was great. the farm is beautiful! ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious! plus we made some good conversation and connections along the way! awesome group! complementary cold water in the heat was needed!
