+6장의 사진Wonderful father/daughter instructor team led our family through making homemade rage, pasta, and tiramisu. The food was fantastic and they were lovely hosts. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that this is in commercial kitchen setting- not in a home or patio. Other cooking classes we have taken are in more of a residential or patio setting but this is very commercial- not a typical dining situation.
This cooking class was absolutely worth it! Miss Giulie was wonderful , such an amazing chef and teacher. She taught us so much and was especially patient and kind with my toddler, which meant so much to us as a family. She was incredibly knowledgeable, especially being so young, and everything we prepared was delicious. She also had wine and cheese for us, which was such a lovely touch. My wife and I attended this cooking class taught by a remarkable young lady, Giulia. As my wife eats plant-based foods only for health reasons, the menu was adapted for this. We met at the Cremeria Opera store where her family makes artisinal gelato and many other local foods. Giulia greeted us and was well prepared with printed recipes for us to keep, aprons to wear, a local wine, and all the many recipe items. We loved this experience! Julia is a beautiful, genuine young lady who was absolutely lovely to be with. Since one of us is vegan, she treated us to an authentic Tuscan menu that was delicious. We cooked a chestnut cake, a tomato bread soup, and made noodles from scratch and ate them with sage infused olive oil! It was all so tasty and fresh.
