I had an amazing time taking this churro-making class! Alejandro is an amazing host, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the craft. He made the whole process easy to follow. Any churros we didn’t eat we got to take home. He even had props to take pictures at the end! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sweet, hands-on experience!
Great history on the origin of churros and excellent teaching on the process. A nice and relaxing change of pace from all the other normal experiences. Who knew I was a master churro maker? Kudos to the Chef!!

We had an amazing experience learning how to make churros. The churro recipe is traditional and vegan. There were three people in our class and with the small space, it was perfect for a hands on experience. Thank you!
My family had a fun time learning to make churros and getting hands on. Alejandro was a helpful instructor, and Google Translate actually worked quite well (I speak Spanish fluently, but the rest of my family is English-only, so it was nice to not have to translate everything...I just supplemented occasionally).
