This was a trip highlight! You walk into Yassin’s house and feel right at home. You choose what you’d like to eat and he walks you to the market and buys everything. Upon return, due to the rain, my shoes were soaked! So he was super accommodating and found some sandals to wear. It was SUCH a relief and made the class that much better. Amazing cooking class. The hosts were super friendly, helpful and enthousiastic and guided us through every step of the cooking process. Started with a visit to the souk to buy the ingredients and ended with a delicious lunch that we prepared together. Small groups (it was just the two of us), so there was enough time for questions and explanation. Could highly recommend this experience!

We were looking for something unique to experience during our stay in Fez, and the cooking class exceeded our expectations! What drew us in was the promise of an authentic, homely, and local experience, far from anything overly touristic. We absolutely loved it!
