프로그램 세부사항
저희 와이너리와 시설에 대한 가이드 투어는 내용과 공간의 건축적 아름다움, 그리고 제공되는 유기농 제품의 진정성 면에서 독특합니다. 산 지미냐노의 전경이 한눈에 들어오는 넓은 테라스와 포도밭, 지하 저장고, 그리고 시음이 진행될 옛 올리브유 공장을 방문하게 됩니다.
다루는 주제는 지역 및 가족 역사부터 유기농/재생 농업, 그리고 우리가 사용하는 자연주의 와인 제조 과정에 이르기까지 다양합니다.
저희 농장에서 재배한 유기농 와인 세 종류와 엑스트라 버진 올리브 오일을 비롯하여 엄선된 현지 치즈와 숙성육을 맛보실 수 있습니다.
