Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a generous and thoughtful review! I am so glad we could accommodate your last-minute booking and welcome you into our home. Starting the experience with a fresh cup of chai is always our favorite way to break the ice, so hearing that you enjoyed the chai so much really means a lot! Making Indian cooking feel approachable, hands-on, and fun is exactly what we aim for. Hearing you say that it felt like a piece of cake by the end—and that you feel confident enough to recreate those exact dishes back in your own kitchen—is the best compliment we could ask for. My father and the whole team loved hosting you, and sharing our home, culture, and daily life with travelers like you is what makes hosting so special for us. If you ever want to check out the other cultural walks or experiences we run for a future trip to Delhi, you can find us online at Explore Real India. When you want to bring even more of those flavors into your kitchen or read more about the culture here, you can search Amazon for my books: Art Of Indian Cooking - 65 Recipes of Spices, Stories & Soul Don’t Just Visit India. Feel It.: Understanding India Before You Arrive Let's stay in touch on Insta too. You can find our daily updates by searching for Art of Indian Cooking and Food Tours Delhi. Thank you again for joining us, for the high recommendation, and for making our experience a highlight of your trip to India. Happy cooking back home!
