I had an amazing time making hot sauce from scratch with James. He is not only a fantastic chef but also incredibly personable and down to earth. A true man of the people. The class was fun, hands-on, and packed with useful tips. I felt completely comfortable, even without much kitchen experience, and the hot sauce I made was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend for anyone who loves flavor, fun, and a bit of heat.

Amazing class with an amazing teacher. This is a must do in Kigali! The end product was amazing and taking home a sample was the icing on the cake. Wonderful experience. Whole heartedly recommend
Fun and engaging conversation, and very informational about hot sauce creation. I like hot sauce more than I enjoy making hot sauce, so this informative class that was more about learning than doing, was perfect for me. The final result is delicious and packed a punch. James is high energy and has a lot to say. If you're looking for a buttoned up and formal experience, this isn't for you.
