Lisa and Fabio were amazing hosts! They welcomed us into their beautiful home and treated us like family. The ambiance was perfect and the company even better. Lisa prepared appetizers that were incredible. We loved the Apulia food so much we had to have the recipes. We also had wonderful local wines served by Fabio that were recommended by their Sommelier son. This class was a highlight of our Puglia trip. Lisa and Fabio were the most wonderful hosts and teachers. We had so much fun learning to make the different pastas, and it was some of the best we ate on our whole trip! Lisa and Fabio offered delicious snacks and wine throughout the evening. The experience was truly unique and special. It’s a must-do!

Lisa & Fabio curated a beautiful night in Lecce! We loved learning how to make two types of pasta, hearing about Italian life, and dining together.
