I booked the 3 course meal class for my friend’s bachelorette party in Playa del Carmen, and we all had a blast. Our taxi driver got a bit lost on the way to the house, but Coty was responsive and helped us navigate the neighborhood. 3 Course Meal with excellent instruction
We had a great time taking Chef Coty’s three course menu cooking lesson. We made birria, guacamole, chips, two salsas and an amazing amaretto flan.
She also included a class on different types of chiles and one on tequila and mezcal. Her house is set up perfectly for the classes and her communication about directions and food preferences was excellent. We would definitely recommend her class.

Amazing and fun cooking classes in Playa!
A fiend joined me in Playa del Carmen and we wanted to do something different and original in playa. After some research, we found this culinary school and it has great reviews, so we decided to go for a class. It was a great decision!
We had many options about what we want to eat. We picked for our menu: fish timbal with chipotle sauce, fish and shrimp in achiote wrapped in banana leaves and flambéed bananas with rompope.

An incredible dinner with Chef Coty we will never forget!
We hired Chef Coty to cook for our group of 36 in Mexico and honestly it was one of the highlights of the trip. She put together a 3 course meal that started with the best ceviche mixto I've ever had, then guests got to choose between tikin xic, pollo achiote, or chile rellenos for the main. Every single person at the table was happy with their food. Oh and the tres leches for dessert was increíble.
