Had a great afternoon of cooking and eating. Learning how to make pasta and focaccia was great. Loved that we got to take the ones we made home. Enjoyed making a sauce for pasta that night.
The cooking class was good. It is a little annoying to meet away from where the class takes place. We made pasta from scratch but what we ate looked much better than what we produced. We also made foccaccia that we could take away. There was what seemed to be bottomless prosecco. The lunch was delicious. I was a little put off by the presence of content creators.
