Macaron Mania, Oui!
The macaron class with Laeticia was absolutely wonderful! I have always been intimidated to try baking macarons and she made the entire experience comfortable. If you have the chance, don’t skip on this class. Bonus, you get to take home a bunch of yummy macarons.

Class was soo much fun!
Leo was great. He made the experience so much fun. He gave concise instructions and we left with a recipe and macarons. Highly recommend!!

Great experience
We had a course with Vivienne and she was such a delight, authentically friendly and fun to be around. She shared quite a few tips and tricks to get around to make the perfect macaron and shared common mistakes and how to fix them. The course was well thought through and the time was well used. We also got the recipe for further use at home. The recipe is quite short and doesn’t include detailed instructions like for example how to do macaronage, so we had to add that from memory to the notes ...더 읽기

An experience!
An experiential view into French culture. Great for our kids who love baking and learning! Great for an experienced baker and even great for myself; a complete novice.
