Our ticket from Viator plainly states "excavation tour tickets included" and "lunch included." Our driver was very nice, but when he told us this, I showed him the ticket that said the above. He kept saying "no." I was not happy, I had the paper that showed it was included. He spoke to his boss and they covered the ticket to Pompei, but not the luncheon.
