Love eating gelato and now we know how to make it thanks to Alma. Her explanations were clear and directions precise to make gelato fior d’latte and caramel sauce. A delicious dessert was created which we gladly devoured. Good job Alma! Thanks again!

Paulo was so fun and experienced at making outstanding gelato. I and my friends had such a good time learning all about making authentic gelato in authentic Genoa kitchen with a real Italian master!! She is excellent at explaining the process and why you need to do certain thing and certain ways to do each step. Highly recommend her and this experience. I should have been taking better notes.
