간단한 자전거 투어를 통해 파르미지아노 레지아노 치즈 공장을 방문하고 모든 생산 체인을 살펴보고 이 위대한 치즈의 비밀과 수천 개의 치즈 바퀴가 있는 거대한 저장고를 알아보세요!
우리는 시골, 교통량이 적은 도로, 자전거 도로를 달리며 휴식을 취하고 자연을 '맛'봅니다!
점심 식사 전에 우리는 도시로 돌아와 특별한 델리카트슨이나 "오스테리아"에서 절인 고기와 현지 와인을 맛보러 갑니다.
오후에는 생산과정이 진행되지 않습니다.

We rode bikes out of Parma into farm country and toured a cheese factory. Then we tasted cheese and then rode to a meat shop to taste fresh prosciutto.
We were disappointed with the tour. We only stopped at two places and was only three hours not four. We all agreed that on a bike we should be able to see and stop at many more places.

We had a super day, pleasant and informative. We learned a lot about Parmesan production and a safe bike ride in Italian Parma traffic. It was very vieo fun and we can only recommend this event.
