프로그램 세부사항
저는 Katia이고 저와 삼촌 Fulvio는 가족 농가에서 토스카나 요리 교실을 운영하고 있습니다. 우리는 산 지미냐노의 환상적인 마을에서 4km 떨어져 있으며 진정한 토스카나 식사를 준비하는 방법을 가르쳐 주지만 가장 중요한 것은 음식의 맛을 가르쳐 주는 것입니다. 귀하의 식사는 진정한 토스카나 가족과 함께 보내는 축하이자 환상적인 시간이 될 것입니다.
전형적인 투스카니 전채 요리를 많이 만든 다음 프리미 피아티를 준비하고 손으로 만든 파스타 한 가지, 파스타용 두 가지 다른 소스, 고기가 있는 두 번째 코스를 만듭니다.
