When you book things, you always run a risk of not knowing exactly what you have booked. My wife and I booked Unbelievable Fes Cooking Class through Desert Fes Trips and we had no idea about it, but we were not to be worried. Nabil and Abdul, the chef, were absolutely fantastic. We had enjoyed our afternoon learning with Zequia and Mufi our kitchen classes: morocan salad, lamb cous-cous and mint tea. They explained every step and were very warmy with us. Just missed doing some moroccan dessert in between the waits of the cous-cous preparation. But we would repeat the experience!
