프로그램 세부사항
우리는 Cerciz Topulli 광장에서 만나며 호스트와 함께 가장 오래된 지역 중 하나인 "Pazar i Vjeter"로 걸어가 Marjeta와 그녀의 남편을 만납니다. 그룹 동료와 수다를 떨면서 라키 한 잔이나 청량 음료로 수업을 시작합니다. 우리가 준비할 음식은 채식 메뉴이며, Marjeta의 지도하에 세 가지 요리를 배웁니다. 첫 번째는 요구르트를 주재료로 하는 “Qofte bobollaqe”, Gjirokaster에서만 볼 수 있는 전통적인 “Qifqis”로 주로 쌀과 “Hasude”라고 불리는 사막으로 구성되어 있습니다. 이 세 가지 모두 Marjeta가 이미 준비한 시즌 샐러드와 함께 제공됩니다. 모든 힘든 일을 마친 후 그룹과 함께 앉아 각각의 요리를 맛보십시오. 무료 와인, 라키 또는 청량 음료와 메뉴를 페어링하고 식사를 하면서 즐거운 수다를 나누십시오. 요리 수업은 식사 후에 종료됩니다.
