This Japanese cooking school, established in 2017, teaches authentic Japanese cooking techniques in English for foreign travelers in Japan. In-person and online classes are available for all levels, from beginners to professional. Their aim is to educate about Japanese culture and washoku (Japanese cuisine), a designated UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Family had a great time and the chef did a great job with helping the kids make a delicious meal. He was very knowledgeable and gave great insight on the do and don'ts to make the perfect noodles....๋ ์ฝ๊ธฐ

Fanstastic and funny experience! We made three delicious ramen and the chef gave us some extremely interesting tips for cooking.
