在我的廚房裡，一切都會很特別。來自不同國家的客人會面，他們每個人都會親自準備所提出的不同食譜。
午餐和晚餐期間，一切都會變成一場派對

課程結束時，客人將品嚐（午餐或晚餐）他們準備的食譜。附贈當地葡萄酒（每2位客人1瓶）
我的客人會弄髒他們的手的。他們每個人都會接觸到所有的成分。他會把雞蛋、麵粉和菠菜揉成麵團，然後用擀麵棍把麵團擀得很薄。他還將準備調味汁，並最終製作出真正的博洛尼亞烤寬麵條。
但不僅如此，我還會在體驗中加入提拉米蘇。每位客人將按照我的指示創建自己的部分。如果需要的話，它會在可可上方添加餅乾的鬆脆感。

From start to finish, this class was an absolute delight! Paola is an exceptional teacher whose warmth, expertise, and passion for Italian cooking shine through every step of the experience. Over the course of three hours, we not only mastered the art of creating a rich, authentic Lasagna Bolognese, but also prepared a decadent Tiramisu. A great experience!
Paola is wonderful. She is friendly and patient, explaining all the recipes and techniques. She made us feel very comfortable in her lovely home. I highly recommend cooking class.

Dream come true
We came to Italy mostly for the true and authentic lasagna bolognese class, and our host made it well worth the trip! She was kind, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. She taught us both the how and why of authentic pasta and sauce in both technique skill. At the same time, imparting her vast knowledge of the origination of the dish and area while laughing and tasting! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and can’t recommend this experience enough!

Wonderful experience.
Paola is very welcoming, great company, an excellent teacher, and very well organised. We got to make delicious food and really enjoyed eating it! The cooking class was a wonderful experience and we would be delighted to recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna.
