品酒會從酒窖開始。 接下來會放映一段關於阿爾薩斯葡萄酒生產的說明影片（適合兒童觀看）。 然後，我們將參觀酒窖，裡面的木桶已有一百多年的歷史，您將透過投射到木桶上的沉浸式 180° 影片的場景空間來了解我們的家族歷史：這在法國是獨一無二的。
然後，我們邀請您繼續在我們的茶室空間享用早午餐：各種甜味和鹹味美食：糕點、麵包和阿爾薩斯果醬、阿爾薩斯奶酪、熟食、新鮮水果沙拉、鹹味吐司、碗（bibelaskaes、格蘭諾拉麥片和水果）+您選擇的熱飲和果汁。
在整個參觀過程中都會有導遊與您交談並解答您的疑問。
