品酒從酒窖開始。 接下來將播放關於阿爾薩斯葡萄酒生產的解釋性影片（適合兒童觀看）。 然後，我們將參觀酒窖，裡面的木桶已有一百多年的歷史，您將透過一個投射到木桶上的沉浸式180° 影片的場景空間了解我們的家族歷史：這在法國是獨一無二的。
然後，我們邀請您繼續在早午餐周圍的茶室空間品嚐：各種甜味和鹹味美食：糕點，阿爾薩斯麵包和果醬，阿爾薩斯奶酪，冷肉，新鮮水果沙拉，鹹味吐司，碗（bibelas，格蘭諾拉麥片）和水果）+您選擇的熱飲和一杯 Alain Millat 果汁。
