品嚐活動從酒窖開始。 接下來將播放一段關於阿爾薩斯葡萄酒生產的講解影片（適合兒童觀看）。 然後我們將參觀酒窖，那裡有超過一個世紀歷史的木桶，您將透過一個佈景空間了解我們的家族歷史，該空間透過投射到木桶上的 180° 沉浸式影片來實現：這在法國是獨一無二的。 1900 年世界博覽會上的木桶展品。
然後，我們在茶室繼續品嚐「美食葡萄酒」：幾杯葡萄酒搭配甜鹹小吃：起司、熟食和各種甜點。
