More than just cooking
I went into Mexicanitzimo expecting a simple cooking lesson, but I left with a huge appreciation for the history of Mexican cuisine. The tortilla workshop is fantastic. The hosts break down the science and tradition behind the corn in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and full of laughter.
