At Bukhara we had a truly iconic dining experience. The rich flavours of authentic North-West Frontier cuisine, especially the signature Dal Bukhara, tandoori dishes and famous naan, make it worth a visit. The rustic ambience and warm service by the serving staff add to the experience. It is definitely a premium-priced restaurant and a memorable dining experience.
We visited Bukhara on 12th April 2026 to celebrate brother's marriage anniversary. Since we planned same day, waiting period was 60-90min but it was worth the wait. Big shoutout to ITC Team to accommodate us at short notice during the peak weekend crowd. Highlight of the menu was Bukhara Naan and Daal Bukhara. Seating arrangement and vibes were unique. Must visit for people crazy about ITC dining experience. Bukhara team surprised the couple with delicious chocolate cake.
During our recent trip to Delhi, we had the pleasure of dining at the legendary Bukhara — and it absolutely lived up to its reputation! The ambiance was warm and rustic, perfectly complementing the rich North Indian flavors that Bukhara is known for. We visited this restaurant on our second evening in Delhi, having been here a number of times over the past few decades. It is still as good as ever. The service is professional and attentive, the ambience fun and the food is brilliant. It cannot be faulted. We also had a lovely experience being seated near a table of people who were wearing beautiful purple scarves presented to them as they entered. One of the best restaurants in the world; there is no comparison of Bukhars Food, and above this, the service and courtesy by the staff. We had a lunch with friends, and we were hosted by Mr. Vinod Dondiyal, What a person he is, polite, polished, courteous, and his service added the additional pinch of flavour to the food. He is an asset to Hotel. Other staff was also great.
