這是一個烹飪課程，客人將成為課程的積極參與者。不是演示課程，但客人會親身體驗！您可以學習我們傳統的簡單食譜，這些食譜可以在家中輕鬆複製。該課程在我的農場上進行，我在那裡生產藏紅花油、蔬菜和養雞：我們將使用的食材都非常新鮮，其中許多是我們自己生產的。如果時間允許，我們將在戶外進行課程，欣賞葡萄園和橄欖樹的景色，然後在露天吃我們準備的東西，否則我們將在我們的穀倉工作。農場位於山頂，遠離噪音、汽車和污染，是一片寧靜祥和的綠洲。根據要求，我們可以製作素食菜單。
