It was a really cool experience! It was interesting, informative and fun. Dijana and her son were so welcoming and friendly and it was clear how much knowledge and experience with olive oil they have. She also prepared VERY delicious appetisers to combine with the different olive oils. We would totally recommend!
A really great afternoon, Dijana gave us a great overview of what to look for in olive oil, what might effect the taste, how to store it and all the health benefits. Then we tasted several olive oils on a variety of snacks (all excellent). We ended the session making our own appetizer, drizzled with our choice of olive oil. It was a fantastic experience!
We both really enjoyed our olive oil tasting experience with Dijana. She was an excellent host, and shared her knowledge. I’ve never sipped olive oil before and was a unique experience and the food pairings all made by Dijana were excellent. Would 100% recommend this experience 🫒🫒🫒
Dijana was brilliant !! I would highly recommend this experience ! She walked my wife and I though everything from the history, the process and most importantly the tasting. Both alone and then followed by food pairings she creates herself. She has great knowledge and walks novices like us through the tasting experience answering questions and letting you know anything you need to along the way ! Five stars, 10 out of 10. Best experience in Crete so far. Intimate setting, exquisitely prepared. Host is very knowledgeable, but easy to understand, we learned a lot. Ready to go back home to Canada and practice what we learned. Loved this experience and the host family! Very much a win!
