This cooking class was a fantastic experience! Everyone in our group said they would be making these pasta dishes at home. Before booking, we looked into several other options, and we’re so glad we chose this place. It has a professional kitchen, but the space still has a warm, homey feel. Echt een fantastische ervaring. Onze chef Ginevra was niet alleen super professioneel maar ook een sfeermaker. Met onbekende mensen in een gezelschap breekt ze gelijk het ijs voor een onvergetelijke avond. We hebben veel geleerd en kijken terug op deze avond als één van de meest bijzondere van onze vakantie!

Family did a private 4 hour cooking session ending with a 4 course meal we prepared with wine. Just amazing place and lovely people running the place. Helena ran the session and was a total delight. Lots of info but still fun and tasty. So recommend.

Alessia our chef was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and really taught us how to cook the pasta. She shared many techniques and was very personable. We had a great time and would highly recommend it. One of our highlights of the trip.

My wife and I recently took the three hour pasta making class in Florence as an excursion during our recent Mediterranean Cruise. Our “Nona” for the day shared her secrets and supervised our kitchen work enabling us to make Italian Restaurant quality dishes which we later ate with gusto. The wine and company were excellent. We cannot wait to show off our new culinary skills to friends and family. Highly recommend this experience to all foodies.
