If you are looking for a tour guide who knows Cartagena, speaks incredible English and knows all the food and coffee shops then look not further ! Andres was amazing, we did a local food tour with him and went to the Bazurto market his knowledge of the area , history and the local food stops was simply incredible and so glad we did this Highly recommend
It was an excellent experience!!! The chef presented us with an excellent paella of all our taste, as well as his picaditas, spectacular
I found Andres on social media and what attracted me were his reviews. We are a busy family that wanted to relax at home and enjoy private family time. We had delicious dinner with appetizer, main course , and dessert. We learned about the local culture and cuisine, we liked it so much we decided to book him for brunch the next day. He gave us a musical serenade with our bunch and it felt so special. We all tried something new and cant wait to use him again when we return! Highly recommend!
It was an absolutely wonderful tour. Everything I tried was delicious. My absolute favorite was the cóctel de cameron, as well as the best coffee I have ever had. You have options to choose from at each stop, depending on your personal taste, so you're sure to find something you like. Andres is very knowledgeable about both the food you get to try as well as the history of Cartagena. This is an excellent tour for lovers of both. Andres was our translator/guide on a crabbing experience. We enjoyed our time with him so much that we booked a private guided local flavors food tour with him as well. He took my husband and I around Cartagena and made stops at some of his favorites. We tried arepa de huevo con carne, shrimp cocktail, fruit, kola roman, candy & ended at a coffee shop.
