Nicole探索了咖哩的所有面孔，同時她創造了一種融合了一些舊式和新西式口味的餐。參觀者將了解咖哩的歷史，其健康價值以及可用於製作各種咖哩飯的捷徑。目標是讓遊客輕鬆回家並隨時烹飪相同的菜單。
