Just book it!
This class was just so much fun! We had a great time singing, laughing and making some great pasta shapes! Dinner was delicious as well. Don’t hesitate to book this, it was well worth the money.

I laughed so hard my face hurt
The absolute BEST experience in Italy so far! Guilio was extremely patient, warm/welcoming, talented (in so many different ways!)/ entertaining, personable, and made it feel like we’d known one other all our lives! The food was obviously amazing, but the best part was the intimate/familial setting that made it feel like you were actually cooking with family. This experience will not disappoint!!

Authentic and delicious
Amazing! Every detail curated even the wine paring. From the beginning to the end very authentic. Julio shared about all the tradition behind including sharing how it was passed by all the grandmothers. The many cultural differences that make pasta from Florence what is today. The experience was designed as a small and intimate class. He was patient with everyone of us and even show us how to make 3 extra types of pasta. Authentic, fun and delicious!
Giulio is amazing! He taught us how to make five different pasta shapes and made the experience so much fun. He sang, danced, and joked the whole time. His sauce and tiramisu is the best I’ve ever eaten! The whole experience lasted about two hours and the quality was far above other classes I’ve taken in the past.
