This is a beautiful space and vibe for bread making, learning, and creating. Maddy had so much information and was very knowledgeable and extremely patient for a starter! Please go visit and take a class, whether alone or with friends or family, you will not be disappointed!
I took this class with my 21-year-old son, who recently developed an interest in baking, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we’ve shared together. I didn’t know exactly what to expect going in, but Maddie exceeded every expectation. Her kitchen is beautiful and welcoming, and it was clear how much thought and preparation she put into the experience. Me and my mom had a great time. Maddy was an excellent host and a great teacher. Everything was structured and well organized. If you’re new to making bread, this was a 10/10 for us. Highly recommend!
