+34 張照片This was a great experience with our guide Lance who took us to a local market before heading to the restaurant. The Chef was friendly and allowed us to help prepare the food which was delicious.
If you’re in the gastronomy capital of Sichuan and don’t stain your hands with flour and chili, you’re missing half the experience. Lance was a wonderful teacher! We enjoyed an informative visit to the market and learning to cook Sichuan cuisine at the kitchen. The team was friendly and we really enjoyed spending the morning with them. We highly recommend the private experience- it allowed for more casual conversation and learning. We would highly recommend!
Experiencia divertida, y super entretenida, Nos atendió Lance, un agradable paseo por el mercado, viendo los ingredientes que íbamos a usar, un té tradicional con muy buena conversación y cocinamos 3 platos típicos de Sichuan, finalmente disfrutamos de la comida que acabamos de preparar. Chili cool China is a Nice experience to live. We had before the cooking lesson the pleasure to visit a local market and Lance took time to explain all the different exotic products we saw. The cooking lesson was great. We learnt with a chef how to prépare and cook different vegetables and meat in a Sichuan way. Then we had the enjoyment to eat what we have done. The 10 disches we had were very generous. We recommend the guide Lance and, of course, this activity.
