Alessandro’s cooking class was our favorite souvenir of our trip!! We loved hearing about his family traditions and recipes. He was such a kind teacher and excellent host! We loved learning how to make pasta, lemon mousse, and omelette cups. He made sure we were prepared to make these again when we return home. I can’t recommend him enough! It was a delightful way to spend a day in Bergamo! We also loved visiting with his sons!
this was a highlight of our trip! laura and alessandro are amazing! perfect from start to finish,..from their welcoming smiles to their comfy home and laura’s cooking expertise! so fun to prepare, cook, and eat in their home! it was absolutely delicious! we highly recommend!

Alessandro was an amazing host and teacher. The food was delicious and what was so special is that his recipes are easy to reproduce at home! He gave us copies of what we made and also some additional recipes he thought we may like. We highly recommend him to anyone who enjoys good food and easy cooking.
It was casual and fun. We learned much more than cooking. We met family, learned about local culture and language . It felt like we were at a friends home
