Alessandro (Bergamo) was a great host! He was very caring, patient and kind with both my daughter and me. To our surprise, the dishes we prepared were delicious! Can’t wait to try them at home!
This was such a good class. There was just the 4 of us and Cesarina and her family made us so welcome. We learnt a whole load of new skills and I have already bought ingredients to make the recipes at home. Well worth it.
This experience was the highlight of my trip. Luisa was just fantastic, her family was so welcoming and we laughed so much while making pasta. I cannot wait to make these dishes again at home.
We were overwhelmed by the hospitality from Luisa and her family. They were fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome in their home. The cooking experience was amazing and the food was delicious. The communication in English was excellent. We would like to thank the whole family for a very memorable evening. It has been the highlight of our trip to Bergamo. We hope to return to Bergamo and have more cooking lessons with Luisa. We highly recommend this to anyone. Bill and Maria. Ireland.
Luisa’s love and skill at cooking transcends languages. That said, we were invited into her home where the whole family helped teach us pasta making, and they translated into English the family recipes. The cooking class was a highlight of our trip to northern Italy!!!
