Cooking With Chiara was an A+
Chiara is amazing. We are so happy that we booked our cooking experience with Chiara at her home. She is extremely accommodating and was able to tailor the entire menu to be gluten free per our request. We had the best time making dinner while chatting with her and learning new cooking techniques. Her home is lovely, easy to find, and we highly recommend this experience to others.

Homemade Pizza
Cristina and her husband were wonderful hosts for my wife and I. We made fresh dough from scratch, prepared a variety of toppings and baked a number of delicious pies! They also provided some local beer, moscato, and a traditional Sicilian dessert. This was an amazing experience, we spent hours eating and sharing our cultures. Highly recommended!

Authentic Italian cooking in Rome
Our host was Daniella, not Massimo as this post reads. She is also located in Rome. The experience was fantastic, she was very welcoming and made the recipes accessible if you did not have much cooking experience. The dishes were thoughtful and absolutely delicious! Daniella was extremely knowledgeable and even was able to explain which ingredients you could use from your region (in our case, United States) if the authentic Italian ingredients she used were not accessible.
