在我的麵食店進行了4年的活動，我獲得了許多提名：2017年著名的“Gambero Rosso”指南，以及羅馬10家麵食工廠中最好的提名。在意大利，“麵食工廠”是一個生產新鮮意大利面的地方，並出售給那些想在家裡做飯的人。我的靈感來自於我小時候祖母用來準備的意大利面。這是一個非常特別的意大利面，今天我意識到了我的夢想，因為我很自豪地在我的“麵食工廠”內教授意大利古老的方法，為數百名想要學習如何根據真實食用健康麵食的人製作麵食意大利傳統傳遞著我家人的所有愛與激情。
今天，我致力於組織高價值的烹飪課程，教授如何以簡單有效的方式製作新鮮的工匠麵食，從而設法在家裡製作課程的所有食譜。
