This cooking class exceeded all of our expectations. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the very beginning.They explained every step of the cooking process and encouraged us to participate in everything. This experience was truly unforgettable. Cooking with a local Moroccan family was something we will always remember.The hosts were extremely kind and patient, and they made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. We had an amazing time first walking through the market, getting to learn about a traditional oven, and then getting a short presentation on Moroccan spices. Afterwards, we were welcomed by a family into their home to have some Moroccan mint tea and snacks. The menu changes daily but we cooked a fish tajine with carrots and potatoes which was delicious. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

Very information experience learning about the different ingredients, spices, and traditional ovens during a tour through the Medina. Incredible meal with a local family complete with Moroccan desserts, mint tea, and fish tajin. Highly recommend.
