Fun time!!
This was a nice experience with my daughter. Very fun people that were there as well. Staff was great!

Fun Florence cooking class!
We had a wonderful time at Mama Florence and the Tuscan Cooking class. Chef Giacomo and assistants Milo and Aksel made it so fun. We had four courses: Apple Pecorino & Cabbage Salad, Tagliatelle Pasta, Meatballs & Beans, and Panna Cotta with Berries. We chopped fresh vegetables, rolled meatballs and created pasta. We ate our delicious meal while enjoying fine Italian wine. Highly recommend!

At Mama Florence, cooking is about much more than simply making fresh pasta. Since 2013, we’ve wanted our guests to work with carefully selected, high-quality local and seasonal ingredients and learn how they come together across an entire Italian meal—from preparing fresh vegetables and traditional sauces to meat dishes, pasta and dessert. And of course, the experience isn’t complete until everyone sits down together to enjoy what they’ve cooked, accompanied by quality Italian wines. Grazie for sharing our kitchen and table with us!

Fantastic!
The cooling class was wonderful! The host was great and the chef's were very attentive and helpful. A fantastic meal in the end along with great wine.

That’s exactly what we’ve loved doing at Mama Florence since 2013: taking the roots and traditions of Italian cooking and making them approachable, hands-on and fun, so our guests can take a little piece of Florence home and recreate it in their own kitchens.
