+69 張照片Our chef, Pinky, was highly skilled, knowledgeable and made the experience fun. The timing was perfect and well balanced between prep, cooking and eating! We created a feast in little time so our next BBQ is going to have a Vietnamese influence.

Fue una de las clases más lindas que tuve mis viajes! Para comenzar la profesora fue excelente, todas las recetas que hizo all riquísimas y la clase es muy dinámica, todos el tiempo estas cocinando ! una muy linda experiencia y super recomendables!
We had a great afternoon at a cooking class at the Green Mango, based in the old town of Hoi An. Our chef Hai guided us, with just the right blend of humour and precise, practical instruction through the preparation of five dishes - including how to recognize some of the vast array of herbs that distinguish Vietnamese cooking from other cuisines.
