I had an amazing time with Hibi! Since I was the only participant, it was a private tour. We visited several authentic local izakayas in Kichijoji that I would never have found on my own. Hibi was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I learned a lot about Japanese food and drinking culture while having great and deeper conversations. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic local experience away from the typical tourist areas. Definitiv worth its money!

We had such a fun time! Our tour guides were polite and knowledgeable and we learned so much about the area.

We had lots of fun on our tour, as there were no other people on the tour it felt very intimate and private. I enjoy learning about the area and exploring the narrow little back streets and history. My partner loves Karaoke and it was so much fun to sing in the bar, with the hostess and our guides. We appreciated everyone joining in and sharing the experience with us - it was more than I thought it was going to be and truly a special experience.

We had an excellent time experiencing the food tour . The guide Miki Yamada was very friendly and gave us a good insight of food culture & traditions of Japan . The food experience was good and the icing on cake was the dessert place she took us . Exploring ginza through the eyes of local was a different experience altogether. Highly recommend it to people who like true travellers want to explore the rich heritage of country.

The tour was so great. Hannah, our guide, was super knowledgeable about both the food and Japanese history and customs. I learned heaps, tried some delicious dishes that were just the right amount adventurous, and loved the vibe of the places we visited. Highly recommended!

Hannah was the perfect guide for this 3 hour food tour. We discovered different nice restaurants with their own specialties. We not only learned some Japanese words but also about the customs and culture. We highly recommend this tour as a must do during your visit in Tokyo.

My friend and I had an amazing time. Hannah was great! We were a small group and went to two restaurants for the mains & then went to a green tea store, a snack store & dessert place. All the locations were great. Hannah could also answer our questions related to history and gave us interesting background information. We didn‘t consider Ginza a „food district“ because it‘s mostly promoted as the shopping district in the guide books but we learned different. The tour is rather pricy but take into account that these places are actual restaurants and not just street food stands. Thanks Hannah and good luck with your studies ☺️
