Emi was fantastic! We learned to make THREE Japanese dishes. We we will cherish the memories and take them home with us. Emi also gave us the recipes! Communication was great. She was so kind and so patient and the food was excellent. We HIGHLY recommend this authenticJapanese experience.

We loved the class, it was a lot of fun and so educational. Very hands on and the food we made was exceptional. Andrew, Catarina and Shu were fabulous teachers and it was overall a fantastic experience, one of the best things we've done in Tokyo! Emi granted me and my Friends a wonderful cooking experience. We prepared gyozas, onigiri and tonkatsu, and It was extremely fun and instructive. EMI Is very kind and patience, speaks perfect english and Is very curios about other people's culture, so you'll feel at home with her. Higly recommend this course to everyone!

Brilliant, engaging and delicious class led by knowledgeable chefs! Takes place in a lovely, small setting. Described by the chefs as “more like work experience” they were true to their word - you were put to work straight away, feeling fully immersed in the experience and loving every minute. Sitting down to our meal at the end felt well and truly deserved. Highly recommend!
