Great night in Tropea.
This was an absolutely incredibly way to spend a night in Tropea. Enzo and his team were outstanding. We met and made friends with people from all over the world. 100% recommend this and we will do this again in the future.

Wonderful evening of stories and pasta
What a wonderful way to experience Calabria…through harvesting and cooking at an organic farm near Tropea. The small group was the perfect size and Enzo is a superlative guide. And to top it all off, the pasta we made was delicious. Thank you, Enzo! Rebecca

Best pasta making experience in tropea!
The best pasta making experience that you could possibly attend! Enzo the your operator and Serina and Gabriel the owners of the farm were helpful, professional and made the activity so much fun. The food that we ate at the dinner was farm fresh, 95% grown on their farm and 5% from their neighbors with was absolutely excellent and plentiful. This tour was absolutely amazing! We got to make pasta, cannolis, and learn so much about the farm. Enzo was a fantastic guide and made the experience so memorable. It was wonderful to meet others from all over the world. The food was fantastic!! Highly recommend!

An essential experience
A magnificent experience in which you learn to make Fileja pasta as a couple with others. Very immersive and very beautiful.
Enzo is a delight. Highly recommended.
